Greeks, Romans, Arabs and American Indians all used Sage for curing or worsh. Sage Tea is still a popular drink today in Greece. Suggested Use: Use Sage to flavor various meat dishes including sausage, veal, poultry casseroles, stuffing for turkey and pheasant.
